Zadify is seeking a proactive and results-driven Membership Expert to join our client based in Australia.
The ideal candidate will focus on growing memberships, fostering relationships with potential members, and designing effective marketing programs to attract and retain clients.
This role combines strategic planning, outreach, and execution to create impactful membership growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth and Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Identify and target potential membership segments through data analysis and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine membership offerings and benefits.
- Track and analyze membership metrics to inform decision-making and program adjustments.
Client Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with potential members through targeted outreach programs.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to organizations, individuals, and networks that align with membership goals.
- Attend events, webinars, and conferences to promote membership opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to memberships.
Marketing Program Development
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote memberships, including email, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Design promotional materials and marketing assets tailored to different member personas.
- Develop webinars, workshops, and other engagement activities to highlight membership value.
Partnership and Collaboration
- Collaborate with industry associations and organizations to expand the reach of membership programs.
- Develop joint initiatives with partners to drive membership acquisition and retention.
Strategic Planning
- Design and implement annual membership growth plans with clear goals and KPIs.
- Develop innovative programs and campaigns to increase engagement and value for members.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize membership strategies based on feedback and performance data.
Desireable
- Proven experience in membership management, business development, or marketing roles.
- Understanding of WordPress and web technical environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
