This is a full-time remote position with Zadify Pvt. Ltd. in Pakistan.

You will do strategic planning and hands-on development, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and optimize WordPress solutions, including custom themes, plugins, and integrations.
- Lead backend and frontend development with a focus on WordPress and modern web technologies.
- Manage database and server architecture for performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with security, payment, privacy, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate on UI/UX design to deliver user-centered, responsive experiences.
- Implement advanced SEO strategies, including schema markup and technical SEO optimizations.
- Oversee version control workflows and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and mentor junior developers.
- Drive strategies for scalability, speed, and efficiency across all projects.
- Any other similar responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WP-CLI, API integration and modern frameworks
- Experience in developing and managing dynamic sites with large user base.
- Strong application of server management, database optimization, and scaling tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with development tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and task automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
