What You’ll Do

  • Product Ownership
    • Conduct basic product discovery and coordinate feature requirements with stakeholders.
    • Write user stories and acceptance criteria; keep tasks clear and actionable for the dev team.
    • Manage a product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined and prioritized.
    • Assist in planning and backlog refinement in alignment with business needs.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing
    • Oversee QA processes, collaborating with the developer who will handle some testing tasks.

    • Communicate product updates and release schedules to the broader team.
    • Create or update basic project documentation (work breakdowns, user flows) as needed.
    • Coordinate small-scale releases, including scheduling and communicating changes to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • QA/QA Automation background with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in product ownership or product coordination (even on small projects).
  • Familiarity with SCRUM and agile workflows.
  • Comfort with Cypress, Selenium, or other test automation frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with developers, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Organized and proactive approach to managing tasks and timelines.
  • Ability to work part-time (about 10-20 hours/week) on a flexible schedule.

Why Join Us?

  • Flexibility: Set your own schedule in a remote-first environment—perfect for part-time engagement.
  • Impact: Work directly with a small development team to shape product features and maintain quality standards.
  • Growth: Opportunity to expand your skill set in both QA and product management.
  • Collaborative Culture: We value open communication and a positive, supportive team dynamic.
