We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and strategic B2B Marketing Manager who will oversee all aspects of our client b2b marketing. This role will focus on:

  • Planning and executing a successful launch for new web app.
  • Driving engagement and growth through lead gen, emails, social media, web marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Managing day-to-day marketing operations and team while keeping an eye on long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

AsMarketing Manager, you will:

  1. Plan and Execute the Web App Launch:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new web app.
    • Collaborate with the product and development teams to align marketing efforts with app launch milestones.
    • Create launch campaigns, promotional materials, and content to drive awareness and adoption.
  2. Email Marketing:
    • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
    • Build and segment email lists for personalized outreach and automation.
    • Design and execute newsletters for current users
  3. Social Media Marketing:
    • Manage and grow presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
    • Develop and implement content calendars to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  4. Web Marketing & SEO:
    • Optimize website for organic search traffic and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the website aligns with marketing goals.
  5. Event Marketing:
    • Plan and manage virtual and physical events (webinars, workshops, industry expos).
    • Partner with key stakeholders to represent at industry events and drive participation.
  6. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and other KPIs.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI.
  7. Content Strategy:
    • Oversee content creation for blogs, newsletters, ads, landing pages, and social media posts.
    • Ensure all marketing materials align with voice, vision, and values.
  8. Partnerships & Outreach:
    • Build relationships with service providers and industry influencers to promote .
    • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in a marketing role, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Apollo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A strong storyteller who can craft compelling messages and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Creativity and Innovation: A knack for thinking outside the box and coming up with creative campaigns and strategies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in analyzing campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of SaaS or Web Apps (Preferred): Experience launching or marketing tech platforms, SaaS products, or web apps is a bonus.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
