We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will own and execute email marketing strategies to drive user engagement, nurture leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Build and manage email lists, ensuring proper segmentation and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Craft compelling email content that resonates with different audience segments, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Create and optimize automated email workflows, such as welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement emails.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across email communications.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, email content, design, and CTAs.
  • Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization stays competitive.
  • Troubleshoot email deliverability issues and implement solutions to improve inbox placement and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, segmentation, and automation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization (a plus).
  • Experience in integrating email marketing strategies with broader digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with email compliance laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
